ilovelawyer's Red Team Pane Ranks Opposing Counsel's Likely Arguments

FORHU's legal AI workspace, ilovelawyer, includes a Red Team pane aimed at litigators preparing for hearings.

What it does: lists the arguments opposing counsel is most likely to raise against a case, ranked by threat, each with a suggested response.

Where it sits: in the Legal Terminal, beside Attack and Defense Strategies, Legal Issues, Strengths and Weaknesses, and Case Reconstruction.

What it draws on: the documents and analysis already in the case file.

Who controls it: the lawyer. Output is presented as a provisional assessment that can be edited, re-rated or disputed, with no outcome predictions.

Where it's available: the UK and the Philippines, for legal practitioners.

Why it matters: most legal AI so far has focused on research and drafting. Red Team is aimed at a different task: finding a case's weak points before the hearing.
